Horror

House of 1000 corpses was an excellent horror flick. It is probably the best horror flick I have seen since "Night of the Living Dead" Rob Zombie says it will be a couple years before the director's cut comes out, as he is working on his second movie. What I love about this movie and "Strangeland" with Dee Snider is the fact that it is entirely feasible that these situations could happen. The realistic serial killing nature of these films and the philosophies behind them are a reality in the dark underground of the porn industry type mentality of sado-macochistic sociopaths. Many of meth addicts that I have dealt with in my past are definately on the verge of crossing over into this reality. So these movies inspire a type of estruess within me. I know that this will probably never happen too me, but things like this have happened to people I have known and that makes it a really good movie for me. A couple of my friends were murdered here in Spokane by Yates. Nice guy, lifer in the Marines and great neighbor ~snickers~ and notorious serial killer.

It was a bloody remake of dozens of older flicks, just with a new feel to it. If you feel it was a great movie, I'm happy for you..but you're too young to know that's a crappy rehash
